Update policy processes provinces from Energy Transition Regional Team

The Regioteam Energietransitie (NVDE, Holland Solar, Energie-Nederland, NedZero and Energy Storage NL) has updated its overview of the status of all relevant major policy processes on climate and energy in the twelve provinces.
