Summer Drink Energy from Transition

exclusively for members of FME, Fedet or Energy Storage NL 

On Thursday, August 31, 2023, the FME Regional Board East, together with sister industry associations Fedet (Federation of Electrical Engineering) and Energy Storage NL (ESNL), will organize a special summer drink at Industriepark Kleefse Waard, in Arnhem, with the theme 'Energy in Transition'. Meet fellow directors (from East Netherlands), get to know each other and have a conversation about how you and your company are/will be working on the energy transition. What does this mean for your company, what are you up against and what do you need to get it done.

This afternoon focuses on connecting, innovating and entrepreneurship. Learn from fellow entrepreneurs how they are energized by making their businesses more sustainable. Meet FME members working and based at Industriepark Kleefse Waard and see how the national Energy Storage Experiment is taking shape. In addition to getting energy from transition, this afternoon is an ideal opportunity to connect with fellow FME member companies from the region. There will be ample opportunity to meet during summer drinks and during extensive tours of Industriepark Kleefse Waard you will get to see the versatility of the location.

2:30 pm: Opening by Bert Boer (chairman of FME regional board East)
2:45 p.m.: Welcome to Connectr - Energy Innovation by Jeroen Herremans (director)
3:00 pm: Energy from Transition
- Three speakers on how they interpret the theme
4:00 pm: Guided tour of the Kleefse Waard Industrial Park
- Look behind the scenes of some FME members
- Visit Rural Energy Storage Living Lab
5 p.m: Closing summer drinks
