Our approach to environmental sustainability is focused on engaging our people and making operational improvements to transform our business and enhance our environmental performance. We have divided our approach across four key areas, detailed below.

The approach is overseen by our Sustainability Committee, which consists of four Partners including the firm's General Counsel and ESG Partner sponsor, and has been established to advise the firm's management on environmental topics and ensure that sustainability is prioritized at the highest level in our firm.
