Exergy Storage
Exergy Storage is a Dutch startup. It is developing a new battery technology based on common & cheap raw materials such as salt (NaCl). In collaboration with an international consortium of partners (including Nouryon, former AkzoNobel Chemicals). The goal is to provide a safe energy storage solution at exceptionally low cost, that is, bring the cost down to a few cents per stored kWh.
The team develops and tests prototype batteries and cells and is interested in forming new partnerships for commercialization and series production.
