Gebar was founded in 2008 by Michael van der Waal. The company originated from the activities of Gebar Wholesale, which later also carried Gebar Handel & Advies as its trade name for a while. These activities were already owned by Michael since 2005. The history of Gebar even goes back to 1948. All activities were focused on technology. For a while, the company worked on renewable energy within its own business, but with the emergence of Gebar GO, it is energy transition that rings the bell in the broadest sense of the word.

Innovations, ideas and applications follow each other in rapid succession, making it difficult for companies to keep up with the times. Gebar GO responds to this by offering energy management, in the broadest sense of the word. Where the company first started out with purely installing solar panels, it has since become much more than that. Gebar GO serves our customers with passion and commitment.
