Board member Koen Broess at table at webinar Climate Agreement

On April 1, ESNL board member Koen Broess joined a Klimaatakkoord webinar on energy storage. Led by Ed Nijpels, previously chairman of the Climate Council, Koen explained at the table the current state of the energy storage market and obstacles in legislation and regulations. By making comparisons with other countries and citing examples, he contributed to greater awareness of the challenges and opportunities for the sector. The abolition of the double energy tax, for which Energy Storage NL has long campaigned, was a telling example.
