Valuable insights during inspiration meeting at Dehn's

On September 10, ESNL participants in Amersfoort visited Dehn, a German family-owned company that is an international leader in lightning and surge protection. 

Electronics in the new energy system are becoming more finely tuned, with more and more coordination between facilities that generate, store and consume energy. Therefore, it is important for physical safety to understand how the installations can affect each other when lightning strikes or overvoltages occur. Attendees gained insight into some of the relevant standards and the different types of protection products on the market, while also sharing many relevant practical experiences. This led to exciting discussions around the division of responsibilities between clients and contractors. All in all, an inspiring afternoon with concrete action perspectives!
